C3 EmpowerHer Program 2026: Apply for Climate Resilience Support and Up to $20,000

Applications are now open for the C3 EmpowerHer Program 2026, a six-month initiative supporting women-led and women-benefiting climate resilience ventures across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

The programme helps early-stage ventures strengthen their solutions, reach new markets, and prepare for investment. In addition, selected founders will receive expert training, mentorship, strategic advice, and access to grant funding.

Applications close on 31 August 2026.

What the Climate Resilience Program Offers

The programme will support 30 startups. Overall, the initiative will distribute US$150,000 in catalytic funding among the top 10 startups.

Every selected startup will receive:

  • Expert-led workshops
  • Tailored guidance from sector and investment experts
  • Investor and ecosystem connections
  • Access to C3’s network of investors and development partners
  • Support to improve climate solutions

Furthermore, the top 10 startups can receive up to US$20,000 each for pilot projects and impact activities.

They will also receive strategic advisory support and opportunities to present their ventures at a Demo Day in Egypt in Q2 2027.

Who Can Apply?

The opportunity targets early-stage climate resilience ventures operating in MENA.

Applicants should:

  • Be women-led or primarily benefit women
  • Focus on climate resilience
  • Be at the pre-seed to pre-Series A stage
  • Have an MVP and early evidence of traction
  • Be based in or operate mainly within MENA
  • Have a founding team able to commit to the six-month programme

The programme focuses on areas such as water and sanitation, food and agriculture, heat resilience, coastal adaptation, nature-based solutions, climate-resilient infrastructure, sustainable livelihoods, and climate finance.
