What OpportunityLab provides
OpportunityLab publishes information about scholarships, grants, fellowships, internships, competitions, trainings and similar opportunities offered by other organisations. We are an information service: we do not offer, award or decide any of these opportunities, and we do not process applications.
Accuracy and your decisions
We work to keep posts accurate and current, but organisers can change eligibility, benefits and deadlines at any time. Always confirm the details on the organiser’s official website before you apply or make decisions. You use the information on OpportunityLab at your own risk.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass others.
- Don’t try to disrupt, hack or overload the site, or collect data from it with automated tools without our permission.
- If you send us content (for example a comment or an opportunity to list), you confirm you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, and you let us publish and edit it.
Our content
The text, design and logos on OpportunityLab belong to OpportunityLab and FutureLabs Africa, unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our posts and quote short extracts with a link back to the original post. Please don’t copy or republish whole posts without written permission from [email protected].
Third-party websites and advertising
Our posts link to other websites, and the site shows advertising from third parties. We don’t control those websites or ads and aren’t responsible for their content, products or services. An ad on OpportunityLab is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
OpportunityLab is provided free and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, FutureLabs Africa is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from relying on its information, or from your dealings with organisers or advertisers, including missed deadlines or unsuccessful applications.

We may change the website or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
