Why the Agripreneur Prize Matters

Africa’s food and agriculture sector continues to create major opportunities for innovation and job creation. However, many young founders still struggle with limited funding and weak investor access.

The GoGettaz initiative helps bridge this gap by supporting businesses capable of improving food security, sustainability, and economic growth across the continent.

Unlike many startup competitions, this programme combines financial support with mentorship, networking, and global visibility.

As a result, participants can strengthen their businesses while building long-term impact within Africa’s agrifood ecosystem.

Applications are expected to close on 15 June 2026.
