Therefore, the fellowship supports Christian professionals who are already creating impact and want to grow their influence at an institutional and systems level. It welcomes leaders from business, public service, education, technology, media, ministry, the creative sector, and social development.

AGORA Fellowship Cohort 2 Eligibility criteria
Applicants should:
- Be African.
- Be between 27 and 40 years old.
- Have about eight to ten years of professional experience.
- Work at a mid-career or mid-level leadership stage.
- Show leadership achievements and measurable impact.
- Own or lead a legally registered business or social enterprise in Africa.
- Demonstrate commitment to Christ-centred influence.
- Work in a sector connected to social or institutional change.
Also, the programme may suit entrepreneurs, founders, public servants, policymakers, creatives, media professionals, academics, educators, ministry leaders, and nonprofit or technology leaders.
Programme focus
Throughout the programme, Fellows will move from individual influence toward institution building. They will explore leadership formation, systems thinking, enterprise development, mentorship, and peer collaboration.
Furthermore, each participant will also develop a Kingdom Impact Project. The project should respond to a real social challenge linked to the Fellow’s area of work.

Application process
The first stage asks applicants to share:

- What they do.
- The impact they are creating.
- Why they want to join AGORA.
Therefore, shortlisted applicants will proceed to a detailed application and submit a short introduction video. After that, selected candidates will take part in interviews and final assessment.
