About the Atlantic Dialogues Conference
The Atlantic Dialogues is the flagship annual conference of the PCNS, a Moroccan think tank focused on Africa and the Global South. The 2026 edition is the 15th. It runs from December 10 to 12, 2026, in Rabat.
Over three days, senior officials, academics, media and civil society leaders debate how the Atlantic can become a new driver of global growth. Topics include geopolitics, trade, energy, climate and security. This year, the PCNS will also launch its Atlantic Currents report, which maps the economic and geopolitical profile of the African Atlantic.
