Important – who can apply: The Policy Center for the New South has only two places, and they’re reserved for members of its youth community. That’s the network of young leaders who’ve taken part in PCNS programmes such as the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program. If you’re not yet in this community, this call probably isn’t for you this year. The Emerging Leaders route is described at the end of this article.
The Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), a Moroccan think tank based in Rabat, is selecting two young leaders to join the Raisina Young Fellows Programme 2027 in New Delhi, India, from 11 to 20 March 2027. Fellows take part in the Raisina Dialogue, India’s flagship conference on geopolitics and geoeconomics, with flights, accommodation and meals paid. About the Raisina Dialogue and Young Fellows

The Raisina Young Fellows Programme runs alongside it. Selected young leaders join workshops, discussions and networking events, then are inducted as Raisina Young Fellows at the Dialogue. PCNS nominates fellows from its youth community through this call.
