Applications are open for the CDC Public Health Informatics Fellowship Program Class of 2027. This is a paid, two-year fellowship for professionals who want to use data, technology, and information systems to improve public health.
However, the programme offers practical experience and full-time employment with the CDC.
Transcript requirements
Applicants must submit unofficial transcripts for every completed or in-progress college degree.
Transcripts should show:

Also, Applicants with degrees from institutions outside the United States must also submit a course-by-course academic credential evaluation before the application deadline. The evaluation must come from a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES). Evaluations that do not list individual courses will not be accepted.
However, if selected, fellows must later submit official transcripts to the CDC by June 30 of the fellowship year. Applicants who need to complete a thesis or dissertation must defend it by May 31 of the year they enter the programme.
