African Climate Innovation Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:
- Be between 15 and 35 years old
- Be African citizens or residents
- Apply individually or as a team of up to five people
- Submit innovative energy or climate solutions
- Present prototype, pilot-tested, or simulation-based ideas
Moreover, applicants living outside Africa can still apply.
Renewable Energy Startup Challenge Application Process
Applicants must submit:
- A project summary of not more than 500 words
- A prototype image, diagram, or mock-up
- An optional two-minute pitch video
Early application is strongly encouraged because organisers review submissions on a rolling basis.
