- You must be a citizen of a WTO member country
- You must not currently work with the WTO, and no immediate family member should be affiliated
- You must demonstrate strong English communication skills
- Additionally, knowledge of French or Spanish will give you an advantage
- You should value diplomacy and diversity and promote constructive dialogue
- Most importantly, you must commit fully to the programme from July 2026 to June 2027
