Who Should Apply?
The fellowship targets individuals in full-time leadership roles such as CEOs, Co-founders, and Executive Directors. Eligible applicants must lead a mission-focused enterprise that has been operational for at least two years and employs a minimum of two full-time staff. A Three-Phase Process That Supports You
The journey of the Global Good Fund Fellowship starts with a Preliminary Questionnaire in May–June, followed by a Comprehensive Application in July–August. This includes a short video submission, recommendation letters, financial details, and impact-driven responses. Finally, selected candidates proceed to a Live Interview in October–November, bringing along a community member to support their application.
This process ensures that applicants are aligned with the program’s values while offering a fair and inclusive evaluation of their potential. Over the 12-month hybrid program, fellows receive personalized leadership coaching, mentorship, and access to a powerful global network.
