About the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP)
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a national initiative designed to bridge the gap between education and employment. Specifically, it supports recent graduates by placing them in reputable organisations where they can build practical, job-ready skills.
Once selected, fellows will be deployed to organisations across Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Importantly, each fellow will participate in a 12-month placement and receive a monthly stipend of ₦150,000, making the programme both impactful and financially rewarding.

- A Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class Lower), or
- A Higher National Diploma (HND) with Upper Credit
- Must be 30 years old or younger at the time of application
- Must be unemployed at the time of application
- Must have completed NYSC or obtained a valid exemption
